Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager - PPC (Production Planning and Control) with a background in sheet metal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly production plans, coordinating with the supply chain, and ensuring on-time delivery to all customers. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and SAP to optimize production schedules and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scheduling: Prepare the monthly plan to run the MRP. You will also be responsible for creating and analyzing Plan vs. Actual data in SAP.
  • Materials Coordination: Prepare RM (Raw Material) and BOP (Bought Out Parts) requirements and coordinate with SCM (Supply Chain Management) to ensure a seamless flow of materials.
  • Delivery & Customer Service: Ensure on-time delivery to all domestic and export Customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare MCM (Material Consumption Monitoring) data and review it with the manufacturing head to identify areas for improvement and control costs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager - PPC or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in sheet metal manufacturing.
  • Expertise in preparing and running MRP.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP for planning and analysis.
