Assistant Manager - PMO

Job Summary

Will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the completion of a contract, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope by coordinate with internal team, supervising progress, mitigating risks, and communicating optimally with customers throughout the project.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

2. Review the PO and Share formal OA to customer and prepare as per quoted and requested lead timelines.
3. 
   
4. Initiate discussions with customer and get the confirmation upon delivery from customer as per OA.
5. 
   
6. Provide weekly/biweekly/monthly project updates to customer and Identify risks/opportunities, issues if any.
7. 
   
8. Send the Project documents to customer (Design as well as Quality).
9. 
   
10. Track changes/change requests from customer or from our end if any and update PMIS.
11. 
    
12. Arranging calls with customer for resolution of technical/commercial queries.
13. 
    
14. Push SCM team/Planning team as per request from customer for any expedition.
15. 
    
16. Communicate with Engineering team and if any priority then requests for prioritization/changes
17. 
    
18. Weekly engineering Status update and look ahead schedule collection from Engineering. For submission of the drawings and release of BOM
19. 
    
20. Plan for dispatch and check for any hurdles and implement the dispatch smoothly.
21. 
    
22. Push customer for any overdue payments.
23. 
    
24. Prior shipment- LC, Proforma, packing list preparation
25. 
    
26. If any warranty issue or any goodwill request will be initiated in the system.

28. Document dossier submission
29. 
    
30. Support upon IR/RN and TC s (For Actuator as well as accessories) if any required further from customer.
31. 
    
32. Upload invoices on respective Portals of Govt. Public subsidiaries.
33. 
    
34. Prepare RDSL reports and dashboards related to order progress
35.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Minimum 12 - 18 years experience in Project Management background
• 
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills - Must have the ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely.
• 
  
• Good engineering knowledge of Actuators/Valves/Oil and gas industries products
• 
  
• Good In planning, collaborating with cross functional team
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical Engineering or any related or equivalent field
• 
  
• PMP or equivalent certification
• 
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 
  
• Experience in working oracle or any ERP Tool
• 
  
• MS office/ BI Tool Knowledge.
