Position Purpose

  • Support the finance department of BNPP-Fortis in its operational optimisation of regionalisation & territorialisation (mutualisation) of activities

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Drive the projects (governance, steerco, operational ctees, PMO reporting,...)
  • Steer the planning, resources, scope, .....
  • Run Process & Activity analysis, propose integration scenario's, ...
  • Carry out the compliance frameworks (risk assessment, process qualification, HRM processes,....)
  • Keep key-stakeholders (Group, CFO's,....) informed & aligned
  • Assure delivery of BAU during change/transition period

Technical Competencies

  • Experience in change management methodologies and people processes
  • Experience with control frameworks and operational risk management assessments
  • Experience with (BNPP) Finance systems is a plus
  • Strong affinity with Finance processes (Accounting, reporting, Performance Management, Control, COO activities)
  • A clear commitment on measurable milestones and results that will be defined during the initiation phase
  • Degree with a major in Finance
  • Strong PC skill: advance Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Former audit experience or experiences on the accounting controls within a Finance function in Banking and Financial Services
  • Advanced level of English
