Job Title: Assistant Manager - Plant Finance (Costing)
Location: Tumkur, Karnataka

About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join our plant operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
manufacturing finance and costing, with hands-on exposure to inventory management and loss analysis. This role will play a critical part in driving financial efficiency and supporting decision-making at the plant level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plant-level financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting process for plant operations
- Monitor and analyze inventory, consumption patterns, and stock movements
- Track and report normal and abnormal losses, with actionable insights
- Manage product costing, cost sheet preparation, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies, and statutory requirements
- Partner with plant and operations teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support audits and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CMA / ICWA (Inter) preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing / plant finance
- Strong understanding of costing, inventory accounting, and factory finance
- Experience in handling ERP systems and MIS reporting is an advantage
