Job Description

Position Summary

IndiGo is looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Performance Marketing professional to join our Marketing team. The role will focus on driving digital marketing campaigns, media planning, and media buying strategies to achieve business objectives.

You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to optimize performance marketing efforts and ensure smooth execution across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Search, Social, Display, and Affiliate networks.

Media Planning & Buying

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media plans aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Manage endtoend media buying to ensure efficient budget utilization and maximum ROI.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee daytoday campaign execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.

Budget Management

  • Manage the performance marketing budget with optimal allocation and utilization of resources.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to develop effective marketing assets and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure highquality campaign execution.

Market Research

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Apply new tools and techniques to continuously improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 46 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and buying.
  • Handson experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, MMP tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a datadriven mindset.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
