Role Overview:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Performance Marketing to drive revenue growth across marketplaces and D2C channels. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on marketplace-led growth (primarily Amazon), along with D2C performance marketing across Google and Meta. The role will work closely with marketplace KAMs and internal sales teams to improve visibility, conversions, and topline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Performance Marketing

  • Own performance marketing for marketplaces, with primary focus on Amazon
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP (where relevant)
  • Manage keyword research, bidding structures, and search term optimization
  • Track and improve core metrics including Revenue, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CVR, and organic rank
  • Work closely with marketplace KAMs to drive selection expansion, visibility initiatives, and category growth
  • Coordinate with KAMs on deals, Prime Day, seasonal events, and promotional calendars
  • Support KAM discussions with performance data, share of voice insights, and ad-led growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with catalog and operations teams to improve listings, images, A+ content, and overall conversion rates
  • Prepare marketplace performance reports and business review decks with actionable insights

2. D2C Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for D2C websites
  • Build and optimize full-funnel campaigns covering acquisition, retargeting, and repeat purchases
  • Allocate budgets and optimize spends to meet CAC and ROAS targets
  • Drive continuous creative testing across formats, audiences, and offers
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting

3. Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Monitor performance daily and take quick corrective actions
  • Forecast spends and revenue across marketplaces and D2C channels
  • Share insights with creative, brand, and sales teams to improve overall performance
  • Maintain dashboards and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review reports

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 35 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong experience with Amazon Ads and marketplace growth levers
  • Prior exposure to working with marketplace KAMs or leading KAM discussions
  • Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for D2C brands
  • Good understanding of marketplace and D2C marketing funnels
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), and reporting dashboards
  • Strong communication skills with a high sense of ownership and execution focus

Good to Have:

  • Experience in FMCG, healthcare, supplements, beauty, or nutrition categories
  • Exposure to managing large catalogs and multiple SKUs on marketplaces
  • Basic understanding of CRO, listing optimization, and creative performance analysis
