Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing GLIDE BRANDS with 4+ years of experience to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid performance strategies, with a strong emphasis on marketplaces and D2C platforms. This role requires a strong grasp of analytics, audience segmentation, and platform-specific nuances (Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
