Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Performance Marketing to drive high-impact paid marketing campaigns and optimize customer acquisition strategies for our D2C brand. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of handling large-scale ad budgets (1 Cr+ monthly), executing ROI-driven performance marketing strategies, and scaling revenue growth across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Programmatic, and other paid channels).
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Develop audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance conversion rates.
- Scale paid campaigns while maintaining profitability and brand positioning.
Budgeting & Performance Tracking:
- Manage and allocate a 1 Cr+ monthly ad budget efficiently across platforms to maximize returns.
- Monitor key metrics and provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Adjust campaign strategies based on real-time data insights and market trends.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking tools to analyze customer behavior and campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel and optimize customer journeys.
Creative & Ad Optimization:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies, videos, and landing pages.
- Test different creative, messaging, and ad formats to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in ad creative, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in a D2C or E-commerce environment.
- Proven experience managing 1 Cr+ monthly ad budgets across multiple channels.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets
- Experience in performance-driven creative testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a growth mind set.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
