Assistant Manager - People Development, HRM is responsible for Training Life Cycle i.e. a comprehensive process encompassing the Analysis, Design, Development, Delivery, and Evaluation of training programs to maximize training effectiveness for employees.
Responsibilities
1.Identify and capture Training Needs of Employees.(Grades III-XII)
2.Identify In-House and External Technical , Behavioural , Managerial , General ,Wellness Domain Training Facilitators and prepare a Trainers Bank.
3.Prepare Annual People Development Budget.
4.Lead the Instructor LED , Online Expertise with Expert , Expert Talk, Self Learning Sessions,Wellness Programs as a SPOC between Training Facilitator and Participants.
5.Coordinate with Facilitator and Participants to ensure Training Facilitation as per the Training Calendar.
6.Facilitate resources like Training Hall,Infrastructure , Material for Facilitators.
7.Collect and Analyse Feedback of Facilitator na dParticipants for every Training.Ensure implementation of the training feedback for further improvement of content and delivery mechanism.
8.Support Head People Development in design and communication content development
9.Create and Develop innovative engagement activities for Induction of new joinees.
10.Facilitate ANKURAM for GETs and DETs reviews for training and ensure implementation on the same
11.Facilitate training for APMS, 17 Degress North Club, Aparna NEO Mall , Aparna Cinemas
12.Provide content to HR Blog reg People Development Initiatives.
13.Assess the impact of People Development Initiatives help employees Learn and Develop.
Track Training budget and review with HOD on a periodic basis.
Qualifications
Master of Business Administration in HR with strong business acumen. Train The Trainer (TTT)certification is a plus.Accredited HR certifications with Excellent Verbal,Non-Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Learning Inquisitive, Can bring in Innovative solutions for program delivery and can gauge applicability of programs as per Aparna's context and business needs.
