Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - People Advisory, Consultant
In this role, we are seeking candidates who can support the delivery of advisory engagements by conducting analysis, preparing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve defined problems.
Responsibilities
Project Management
.Handle project management activities, including planning, reporting, scope management, dependencies, risks, issues, costs, and resources in the project
.Execute project activities and produce deliverables in accordance with statement of work agreements
.Leverage our standard methodologies in the delivery and implementation of project/program scope to drive business value for our clients
.Familiarity with at least one relevant domain
.Utilize knowledge of advanced technology, data, and gen AI to enhance delivery outcomes and inform advisory solutions

Project Support
.Provide business development support and leverage to applied advisory team leaders within client-facing delivery programs
.Support business development by assisting in crafting case studies to foster further growth
.Create and edit PowerPoint presentations, solidify business requirements, and design solutions
.Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions for our clients
.Partner with team members to document improvement opportunities and best practices
.Provide back-end support to team members on the execution of delivery phases and activities for client project work
.Create documents, presentations, reports, and communications for advisory team members to support client delivery
.Produce deliverables in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) agreements
Minimum Qualifications
.Relevant years of experience in Consulting or related functional roles
.Exposure to advanced technology, data, and AI within the chosen industry
.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results
.Familiarity in at least one segment within chosen industry
.Strong research, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities, both written and verba
.Exceptional presentation skills demonstrated in both in-person and virtual environments
.Experience with enterprise technology solutions and key domain topics
.Ability to work comfortably in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
.Bachelor%27s degree required
Preferred Qualifications
.Prior consulting experience required, preferably with a Big Four firm or within business process offshoring/onshoring competitors
.MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
