Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Overseeing business operations.
  • Liaising with clients and partners to ensure all needs are met on time.
  • Creating and updating documentation of all department processes and policies.
  • Participating in meetings on behalf of or alongside the Operations Manager.
  • Monitoring the performance of the staff and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for overseeing the management of data.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Should have good experience in preparing operations report and having good MS-excel skills.

Perks and benefits:

  • Working timing from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm.
