About the Role - Required Paint Professionals for Injection Molding Department to handle roles and responsibilities related to Area In-Charge.

Academic Background - Should be B. Tech or Diploma (Paint/ Mechanical) with minimum 6-10 years of experience

Responsibilities -

• Oversee the Plastic paint basics
• Basic Painting robot teaching.
• Defect analysis of painting defects and accordingly plan action.
• Manpower handling and control during working.
• Painting equipment cleaning management for dust control.
• Understanding of PU painting and control items.
• Different dynamics for painting quality.
• Dust control for painting quality improvement.
• Approach to improve painting quality.

Required Skills -

• Hands on experience on Kaizen and Japanese working techniques
• Team player & highly disciplined professional
• Preferred Industry: Automotives industry - Painting
