Principal Accountabilities & Major Activities
- Support the implementation of performance management programs
- Address queries received on the performance mgmt. inbox
- Administer employee performance cycles -mid year and year end
- Create comms calendar
- Explain current and upcoming performance management practices to employees in a thorough and professional manner, ensuring organization-wide understanding and follow-up.
- Work closely with HRBPs to track performance improvement plans.
- Identify skill gaps and create performance enablement programs through surveys, data and recommend appropriate training or development interventions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on goal setting completion all employees
- Provide HR Managers with practical training insights and best practices to help enable performance management
- Ensure adherence to performance management policies, processes, timelines and systems.
Qualifications
- Graduate/ PG (in Organizational Development, desirably)
- Worked with large organizations which have well established OD functions
