  • Shift Timing: Shift EST US
  • Work Mode: Hybrid
  • Cab Facility: Company-provided cab for pick-up and drop as per the Company's transport policy

Principal Accountabilities & Major Activities

  • Support the implementation of performance management programs
  • Address queries received on the performance mgmt. inbox
  • Administer employee performance cycles -mid year and year end
  • Create comms calendar
  • Explain current and upcoming performance management practices to employees in a thorough and professional manner, ensuring organization-wide understanding and follow-up.
  • Work closely with HRBPs to track performance improvement plans.
  • Identify skill gaps and create performance enablement programs through surveys, data and recommend appropriate training or development interventions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on goal setting completion all employees
  • Provide HR Managers with practical training insights and best practices to help enable performance management
  • Ensure adherence to performance management policies, processes, timelines and systems.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/ PG (in Organizational Development, desirably)
  • Worked with large organizations which have well established OD functions
