Identify lags and escalate issues for resolution
Coordination & Execution
Act as liaison between site teams, clients, and internal departments
Prepare daily/weekly operations reports
Assist in vendor onboarding and contract compliance
MIS & Process Support
Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and status reports
Prepare documents for reviews, audits, and presentations
Skills Required
Functional:
SLA, KPI, and task tracking
Coordination of multiple stakeholders across sites
Background in logistics / CFS / contract operations preferred
IT Skills:
Excel (incl. formulas, pivots), MIS sheets, dashboards
