Assistant Manager - Operations

Key Deliverables:

• Develop and execute GTM and POA for monthly promotional events on the platform
• Drive growth and adoption of Sale, Deals, and Loyalty programs among sellers
• Ensure operational execution of seller-side tech aspects during sale periods
• Strategically manage communications to improve organic campaign participation

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead seller operations and optimize processes for enhanced engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Branding, Pricing, and Fulfillment teams
• Present data-driven findings to leadership for key decisions
• Manage internal teams and ensure smooth coordination with external stakeholders
