We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Assistant Manager - Central Operations to play a key role in optimizing our pharmaceutical supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and analyzing various reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.
This role is pivotal in maintaining transparency, driving data-backed decisions, and ensuring adherence to industry standards in our fast-paced quick commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports on supply chain metrics such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, delivery times, and stockouts.
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across the supply chain.
Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
Present findings and recommendations to the central operations team and senior management.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of compliance-related activities, including storage, distribution, and handling of pharmaceutical products.
Conduct regular audits to monitor adherence to regulatory standards at zonal and site levels.
Collaborate with zonal teams to address any compliance gaps and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a repository of all regulatory records for audits and inspections.
Support the central operations team in identifying and implementing process improvements based on data insights.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Assist in creating SOPs and best practices for supply chain operations.
Work closely with zonal managers to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
Support new site launches by providing data-driven forecasts and readiness assessments.
Act as a bridge between the analytics team and operational teams to ensure data is actionable and relevant.
