Job Description

Manage and lead inbound and outbound operations, ensuring full compliance with customer procedures, service level agreements, and quality standards.
Maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
Provide accurate data for LSP billing and deliver timely MIS reports to support production and dispatch planning.
Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring that any operational issues are promptly logged, resolved, or escalated as per defined protocols.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs by third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and internal teams for both inbound and outbound processes.
Foster a high-performance service culture within the team, driving employee engagement, performance management, and skill development.
Coordinate with 3PLs and transport partners to meet service requirements, optimize routing, and ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Monitor inventory flow and dispatch accuracy to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
