RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Apollo Tele health Services is looking for Assistant Manager - Operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the organization
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all processes and systems
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies
  • Supervise and provide guidance to staff to ensure the achievement of organizational goals
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in the development of the annual operating budget and provide input on operational expenses
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
