We are looking for an Assistant Manager Operational Excellence to lead process improvements, track team performance, and enforce accountability across departments. Key Responsibilities :-

Track and ensure daily task completion across recruitment, training, and operations.

Enforce SOPs, monitor team performance, and drive accountability.

Conduct audits to identify process gaps and ensure compliance.

Maintain accurate documentation for training programs and records.

Manage trackers, CRMs, and dashboards for reporting and efficiency.

Implement automation and ensure timely, accurate data updates.

Requirements:-

Graduate or MBA in Business, Aviation, or Operations Management.

Aviation industry experience is mandatory.

36 years of experience in process audits, training operations, or execution-driven roles.

Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRMs, and

reporting tools.

Strong in team coordination, follow-ups, and cross-functional communication.

Confident in giving direction, enforcing timelines, and driving task ownership.
