Assistant Manager- OEM

Role Summary-

To Improve customer satisfaction and enhance AIS share of business by focusing on OEM Sales.

Roles & Responsibilities (KRAs)-

1. Increase customer satisfaction, resulting in profitable and sustainable relationship with customer.
2. To generate new enquiries with the help of existing contacts to increase revenue.
3. Increase share of business.
4. Mid Term planning.
5. Annual planning.
6. Monthly planning, weekly planning.
7. Sales forecasting accuracy.
8. Achieve sales as per target.
9. To monitor competitor activities in order to define company strategy and response to customers.
10. Collection of payment as per agreed terms in order to ensure cash flow.
11. Customer credit control as per policy.
12. To implement and maintain systems/processes like TS-16949, TQM & ISO-14001.
13. Order to cash for improved productivity and control.
14. Great exposure with west region OEM customers/OEM sales.
15. Major exposure of handling Hyundai Customer & Askok Leyland.

Role Indicators (KPIs)-

1. Customer vendor rating.
2. Vendor Awards.
3. No. of complaints received.
4. Customer visit.
5. Closing of open issues as per target(QCDDM).
6. VOC meeting
7. Customer engagement program.
8. No. of RFQs generated(New & existing projects).
9. No. of orders finalised (target vs actual).
10. Opportunity sale loss.
11. Monitoring of industry trend through primary and secondary data.
12. Timely submission of sales plan.
13. Monitoring and control of sales plan (CSP).
14. Variation in sales plan vs actual.
15. Budgeted sales v/s actual.
16. Share of business & Loss in sales.
17. 3C report(company, customer, competitor).
18. Competitor share of business.
19. Competitor activity at customer end (customer visit, PPM, delivery performance etc.).
20. Competitor technology & product upgradation.
21. Payment receipt (plan vs actual).
22. Collection of C-forms.
23. Customer outstanding and overdue.
24. Bad debt and payment at rest.
25. Number of Non-conformities (External/Internal).

Preferences-

• 3-8 Years of experience.
• B. Tech./B.E.- Mechanical is must have qualification.
• MBA- Marketing (can have).
• Automotive/Auto Component background only.
