What will you do
Develop and Manage Pricing Strategies for D2C Products
Create pricing frameworks based on cost, target margin, and market positioning
Define launch pricing for new products
Adjust pricing based on demand trends and inventory levels
Run price testing (A/B testing where applicable)
Identify low-margin or loss-making SKUs
Study basket size, AOV (Average Order Value), and conversion rates
Monitor Competitor Pricing and Market Trends
Track competitor prices, bundles, and promotional strategies
Analyze industry trends in discounting behavior
Suggest price corrections to maintain competitiveness
Study seasonality patterns affecting pricing decisions
Plan and Evaluate Discounts, Promotions, and Seasonal Offers
Structure discount slabs
Calculate margin impact before running campaigns
Forecast revenue and profitability for sale periods
Manage coupon codes aligned with approved discount structures
Track Contribution Margins and Unit Economics
Calculate CM1 (after COGS) and CM2 (after marketing spends)
Monitor shipping, payment gateway, and packaging costs
Track invoices received on different costing as agreed and raise claims
Identify scope for cost optimization
Work Closely with Marketing, Finance, and Inventory Teams
Share pricing insights for campaign planning
Margin simulations
Work with inventory team on slow-moving or excess stock
Aligning offers during stock clearance or liquidation
Identify Pricing Gaps and Revenue Optimization Opportunities
Spot underpriced high-demand SKUs
Identify products with potential for premium pricing
Recommend bundle pricing strategies
Analyze cross-sell and upsell pricing opportunities
Suggest dynamic pricing adjustments during peak demand
Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience
Working days: Monday - Friday
Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
