Job Description

Project Manager for Telecom Projects will
lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex telecom projects, including Telecom
PoP migrations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and
the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
The person should have a strong understanding of telecom technologies (SDH,
DWDM, MPLS, IP networking).
Key Responsibilities


Develop comprehensive project
plans, timelines and budgeting. Prepare BC and present to Management for taking
budget approvals


Lead cross-functional teams to
execute telecom projects effectively.


Manage vendor relationships and
ensure compliance with contractual obligations.


Monitor project progress,
identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.


Ensure adherence to technical
standards and regulatory requirements.


Prepare and present project
status reports to senior management and stakeholders.


Work with cross functional
teams for execution of the project.


Material Planning and track with logistic team
following the process.


Prepare purchase required and
follow up with Commercial team for purchased orders.

Required Qualifications


Bachelors degree in
Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field.


Minimum 6-8 years of practical
experience in handling and driving telecom projects end-to-end.


Strong understanding of telecom
technologies (SDH, DWDM, MPLS, IP networking).


Excellent leadership,
communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Proficiency in project
management tools and MS Office Suite.


Project management
certifications such as PMP, Google Project Management, PRINCE2, and ITIL.
