Network Operations & Support - DDI & Load Balancer (IP Services)

Experience: 6-8 Years

Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Role Summary:

The Assistant Manager IP Services is responsible for design, implementation, and operational support of enterprise IP services platforms. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in application delivery, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, reverse proxy technologies, scripting, and open-source ecosystems, along with ownership of service delivery in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and support enterprise IP services platforms across large-scale environments
  • Act as technical lead for F5, Infoblox, and NGINX platforms
  • Manage implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ADC, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services
  • Support reverse proxy, load balancing, and application traffic management use cases
  • Perform automation and operational tasks using scripting and open-source tools
  • Participate in incident, problem, change, and service improvement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability

Key Skills & Technology Requirements:

  • F5 BIG-IP (LTM mandatory GTM/DNS preferred)
  • Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM DDI)
  • NGINX (Reverse proxy, load balancing, basic security configurations)
  • Scripting: Bash / Shell scripting (mandatory)
  • Open-source technologies and tools (mandatory)
  • Application delivery and traffic management concepts
  • SSL/TLS, certificates, and basic security configurations
  • Linux fundamentals and system troubleshooting
  • ITIL-aligned operational processes

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 68 years of experience in IP Services / Application Delivery domains
  • Strong hands-on experience with F5, Infoblox, and NGINX
  • Proven scripting and automation exposure using open-source tools
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ownership, work ethic, and professional integrity

Other Qualification and requirement:

Any degree or relevant education is must. This role requires working at customer locations based on business needs.
