Network Operations & Support - DDI & Load Balancer (IP Services)

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Role Summary:

The Manager IP Services role provides technical leadership and governance for enterprise IP services and application delivery platforms. The role is accountable for end-to-end solution delivery, stakeholder management, and strategic evolution of IP services across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountability for delivery and stability of IP Services platforms
  • Architect, review, and govern solutions based on F5, Infoblox, and NGINX technologies
  • Act as subject matter expert for application delivery, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services
  • Lead design and adoption of scalable, secure, and automated IP services architectures
  • Drive automation strategy leveraging scripting and open-source technologies
  • Manage multiple dependencies, vendors, and senior stakeholders
  • Oversee incident management, RCA, service improvement, and risk mitigation
  • Mentor senior engineers and drive operational excellence

Key Skills & Technology Requirements:

  • F5 BIG-IP (LTM mandatory GTM/DNS advanced preferred)
  • Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM advanced level)
  • NGINX (Enterprise-grade reverse proxy and load balancing)
  • Scripting & Automation: Shell scripting (mandatory), open-source frameworks
  • Open-source technologies and ecosystems (mandatory)
  • Application delivery architecture and traffic management design
  • SSL offloading, certificates, and security best practices
  • Linux / Unix system architecture
  • Governance, compliance, and audit readiness

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in IP Services, ADC, or Application Delivery domains
  • Extensive expertise in F5, Infoblox, and NGINX platforms
  • Proven leadership in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong ownership mindset, integrity, and decision-making capability

Other Qualification and requirement:

Any degree or relevant education is must. This role requires working at customer locations based on business needs.
