Soft Services Operations Management
• Plan and manage daily soft services including housekeeping, pantry, and cafeteria operations
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality standards are maintained
• Oversee meeting room setups and workplace readiness
• Ensure compliance with contract and statutory requirements
Event Planning & Execution
• Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and employee engagement programs
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue setup, catering, and coordination

Budget & Cost Management
• Monitor soft services and event budgets
• Track expenses and ensure cost control measures are followed
• Provide financial updates and variance reports to management
• Support cost optimization initiatives
Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for services and events
• Support management reporting with presentations and summaries
• Track inventory of supplies, materials, and event resources
