Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing team activities, managing operations, and ensuring optimal workflow within their assigned department. The role involves planning, monitoring, and coordinating projects, aligning production and quality goals, and fostering collaboration with team members to meet business objectives. Additionally, the role requires maintaining compliance with company policies and standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee and coordinate team activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in process optimization and workflow management with experience in meeting operational and quality objectives.
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities to support a collaborative work environment and drive success.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, electrical systems, and manufacturing operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant industry experience will be considered an asset.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and strong commitment to organizational excellence.
