Assistant Manager - Mortgage Valuation

About the Role:

• Responsible for finalization of Valuation Reports
• Reviewing the site and comparable information for deriving the market value of the properties.
• End to end responsibility of client management. Interacting with the clients and managing the internal & external stakeholders
• Periodical training and review of the teams performance

About You:

• Excellent Communication Skills as well as negotiation power
• Team handling experience is a must
• Sound knowledge of the citys Real Estate Market
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.
• 5 years and above experience in Valuations
• Diploma / B.E Civil Engineering
