Designation: Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B Sales Growth: Identify, pitch, and close high-value opportunities for BBPS services with enterprise

clients and agent institutions across sectors such as banking, fintech, utilities, and retail.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with key decision-

makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Partner Onboarding & Integration: Lead end-to-end onboarding and technical integration of partner institutions into the BBPS ecosystem, ensuring a smooth go-live process.

• Data-Driven Strategy Optimization: Analyze sales performance metrics, user behavior, and transaction data to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, compliance, and technology teamsto deliver seamless, compliant, and scalable BBPS services.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 6-8 years of proven B2B sales experience (BBPS /fintech / payments preferred)

• Strong experience in onboarding agent institutions

• Excellent negotiation & communication skills

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

• Strategic thinker with a proactive, growth-oriented attitude
