We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Merchandising & Planogram!
This role is to support the merchandising and planogram functions by ensuring effective product placement, inventory management, and compliance with corporate standards. This role acts as a link between store-level execution and managerial oversight, helping to drive sales, improve customer experience, and maintain brand consistency.
Work location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:

Merchandising
.Assist in implementing merchandising strategies across assigned categories.
.Support product assortment planning, pricing, and promotional activities.
.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment.
.Collect and analyze sales data to provide insights for category performance.
.Work with visual merchandising teams to execute attractive and brand-aligned displays.
Planogram Management
.Support the creation and rollout of planograms for assigned stores.
.Ensure planogram compliance through regular store visits and audits.
.Provide training and guidance to store staff on planogram execution.
.Adjust layouts based on local customer preferences and sales performance.
.Report planogram effectiveness and suggest improvements to the Manager.
Team & Operational Support
.Supervise merchandising staff and provide day-to-day guidance.
.Act as a point of contact between store teams and the merchandising department.
.Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and brand partners for display requirements.
.Contribute to process improvements and adoption of merchandising tools/software.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

Preferred qualifications:
.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
.3-6 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or category management.
.Familiarity with planogram software/tools and retail merchandising standards.
.Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Skillsets :
.Experience in SQL, Python/R, Excel.
.Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
