Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Medical Excellence, based in the Pune Division. The role entails leading initiatives in medical affairs, providing training to internal and external stakeholders, supporting clinical research activities, and contributing to medical strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, interpreting clinical data, and ensuring compliance with medical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Medicine and expertise in Medical Affairs
• Experience in Training and knowledge sharing for internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Clinical Research and Research methodologies
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• MBBS/MD qualification is mandatory
• Ability to excel in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Previous experience or exposure to operational and strategic roles in the healthcare sector is advantageous
• Sound understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
