About this role: Key responsibilities and scope
HUL has significantly increased the share of spend that goes into Digital content - across R&F media, social-first media, Influencers, E-Commerce own and static, and many others. This candidate will play a key role in driving the highest efficiency and effectiveness in media deployment.
The role requires the candidate to drive impactful media and digital content that drives brand superiority of our brands, reinforce strong discipline in the deployment principles followed in the organisation, and work towards driving its efficiency.
The role pioneers, tests, and scales up new initiatives (like AI) and embeds strong insights into media-led innovations (like influencer marketing), social-first content/ plans.
The person is also responsible for driving the adoption of new tools, agile processes, and AI-enabled systems, and will help move all of CMI HUL forward in capability.
At CMI, we are looking to drive greater engagement and embed all the amazing insights so they travel across the organisation. The role will also be responsible for ensuring awareness and democratization of insights through the CMI Social communication program.
