CITiLIGHT is seeking an Assistant Manager Marketing & Growth to strengthen its brand presence and marketing communication across digital and offline channels. The role involves managing the company website, developing marketing collateral, executing social media campaigns, and supporting sales enablement through content and design initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be a marketing generalist with a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and execution discipline, someone comfortable handling multiple marketing touch-points ranging from website SEO and LinkedIn communication to presentation decks and promotional assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company website through Wix Studio, ensuring accurate content, visual consistency, and continuous improvement in structure and SEO performance.
- Create and update marketing materials including pitch decks, brochures, TDS documents, and presentations using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Develop and schedule social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram aligned with ongoing campaigns and product milestones.
- Research keywords, optimize web content for search visibility, and track analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and Wix Insights.
- Support internal and external communications by developing case studies, product summaries, and visual assets.
- Collaborate with business development and engineering teams to ensure marketing materials reflect current products, technology updates, and brand tone.
- Maintain a consistent visual and editorial identity across all marketing touchpoints.
- Assist in drafting articles, posts, and reports highlighting the company's impact in smart lighting and sustainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content management.
- Hands-on experience with Wix Studio, SEO, and basic analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace for design and presentation creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to grammar, layout, and brand tone.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and content management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related discipline.
