We're looking for a passionate and driven
Assistant Marketing Manager to join our GEDU Marketing Team in Noida. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies that promote our global education portfolio to an
international audience. You'll get the opportunity to
lead multi-channel campaigns, with a focus on offline partnerships, events, and
B2B engagement, while working closely with talented teams across London, Noida, Malta, and Dubai. Your work will directly
support student recruitment goals and help strengthen our brand globally. This role offers a perfect mix of
strategy and hands-on execution. You'll coordinate
campaigns, manage marketing operations, support sales teams, and ensure our brand is consistently delivered across all marketsall while learning, growing, and making a real impact.
What We Expect From You
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with recruitment targets
- Plan, implement, and monitor campaigns across online and offline channels (events, partnerships, email, and partner engagement)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness
- Coordinate regional marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with global brand positioning
Stakeholder & Sales Collaboration
- Partner with regional sales and business development teams to translate recruitment priorities into marketing initiatives
- Support sales teams with marketing collateral, program information, and campaign materials
Marketing Operations & Systems
- Manage marketing workflows using tools like Jira to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and organize marketing assets via SharePoint or Digital Asset Management systems
- Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) for campaign execution and audience segmentation
- Track performance metrics and maintain campaign reports
Content & Brand Management
- Collaborate with production teams on campaign messaging, copy, and creative briefs
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all regions and communications
- Oversee creation and distribution of marketing materials
Campaign Coordination & Delivery
- Manage marketing content calendars and ensure timely campaign execution
- Coordinate production, printing, and distribution of collateral for events and regional teams
- Maintain structured archives of campaigns and assets
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and operational efficiency
- Develop templates, campaign guidelines, and documentation
- Support implementation of processes to improve collaboration between marketing and sales
What You Bring
- 5 7 Years of marketing experience (B2B, ed-tech, or higher education preferred)
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong team management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Prior experience in setting up new processes
- Experience working closely with sales or Business Development teams
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday, etc.)
- Experience managing shared content repositories (SharePoint or DAM systems)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting
- Experience in email marketing and partner communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail
