Job Description

  • Strategic Planning:
  • Fine-tune the strategic brand vision and long-term growth plan with the Senior Manager/Marketing Head.
  • Develop and execute the yearly marketing plan in alignment with brand vision and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Business Heads and Regional Business Managers to support achievement of business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Packaging, Procurement, Supply Chain, Plants) for packaging changes, artwork approvals, and other marketing support.
  • Marketing Communication & Execution:
  • Develop creative brand communication for ATL (TV, Radio, OOH, Digital), BTL (POS, Events), and consumer promotions.
  • Execute trade and consumer activations in key geographies.
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns with the e-commerce team.
  • Drive innovation pipeline for the brand.
  • Budgeting & Marketing Expense Management:
  • Manage marketing expense accounting, vendor onboarding, PO generation, billing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Drive ROI through effective marketing spend tracking and optimization.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Travel to key markets, gather consumer and sales insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Monitor channel-wise performance metrics and drive interventions for growth.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of FMCG marketing including advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and media planning.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general business software.
  • Sound knowledge of packaging development, vendor management, and marketing finance.
  • Experience in sales and distribution is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and creative thinking.

Education & Experience:

  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Full-time, Regular mode) from a reputed university.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG marketing (Food industry preferred).
  • Agency background acceptable only if the last 2+ years are on the client side.
  • Experience across Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing, and Packaging will be an added advantage.

In the year 2000, Bunge Limited, an NYSE listed company opened a liaison office in Hyderabad and another at Delhi mainly to help it gather industry information regarding edible oils and soy meal. Later Delhi Office was closed and operations were shifted to Hyderabad.

Bunge Agribusiness India Private Limited (""Bunge Agri"") was incorporated as a private Indian company in Hyderabad to undertake trading operations, mainly ex-tank and High seas sales. As a part of its India strategy to expand its presence in the retail side of business, Bunge India acquired the edible oils/Vanaspati business and bakery fats business of Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(HUL) on a slump sale basis in August 2003. Kandla factory of Bunge India has undertaken massive expansion projects which was started in 2016 and was completed within record time. In order to strengthen Bunge India's Bakery segment brand called ""Enhance"" was successfully acquired along with the business associated with the said brand in the same year.
