About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Marketing to manage and execute digital marketing initiatives for our group of 4 schools (Three in Mumbai and one in Gujarat) across multiple boards including Cambridge, ICSE, and CBSE.

The role will focus on driving admissions through effective digital campaigns, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting offline marketing initiatives for our ICSE school in Mira Road.

Key Responsibilities

-Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for all schools in the group.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate leads for admissions through targeted digital initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing metrics, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate with the content team and graphic designers to develop digital marketing creatives, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and update school websites, SEO initiatives, and online listings to improve visibility and search rankings.
  • Oversee social media presence across all schools to ensure brand consistency and engagement.

-Lead Management & Admissions Support

  • Monitor lead generation funnels from digital campaigns and ensure timely follow-up with the admissions team.
  • Maintain lead databases and campaign reports to track effectiveness of marketing channels.

-Offline Marketing (Mira Road ICSE School)

  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to increase awareness and admissions.
  • Coordinate school events, open houses, admission drives, and parent engagement activities.
  • Develop relationships with local communities, residential societies, preschools, and activity centers to promote the school.
  • Manage on-ground branding, signage, pamphlet distribution, and local promotions.

-Coordination & Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Work closely with school leadership, admissions teams, and external vendors for campaign execution.
  • Support new admission campaigns, seasonal promotions, and school events.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics).
  • Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
  • Good coordination and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 36 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in education, schools, or service industry.
  • Experience handling multi-location marketing campaigns will be an advantage.
