Job Purpose: Executive - Marketing is responsible for execution of marketing strategies. This role involves assisting the Marketing Lead in implementing strategies that align with brand messaging and objectives, creating engaging content, and managing digital marketing efforts. This role is also responsible for organising events, identify sponsorships and enhance the airport's public image,
Responsibilities
- Revenue Tracking & Performance Analysis
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue from non-aero streams such as:
- Retail stores
- Duty-free
- F&B outlets
- Advertising
- Parking
- Lounges
- Meet & Assist / airport services
- Analyze revenue per passenger (RPP) and conversion metrics.
- Compare performance across terminals, zones, and categories.
- MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly dashboards for leadership.
- Maintain revenue MIS and commercial performance reports.
- Track:
- Lease revenue
- Minimum guarantee vs revenue share
- Store sales performance
- Automate reporting using tools like:
- Excel
- Power BI / Tableau
- SQL databases.
- Passenger Data Analysis
- Analyze passenger traffic data including:
- Footfall
- Passenger segmentation (domestic vs international)
- Peak travel hours
- Map passenger flow vs retail zones to identify high-potential commercial areas.
- Commercial Opportunity Analysis
- Identify underperforming retail zones and suggest improvements.
- Support the team in:
- New concession planning
- Category mix optimization
- Space utilization analysis
- Lease & Contract Monitoring
- Track commercial agreements including:
- Revenue share models
- Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG)
- Contract compliance
- Validate sales declarations from concessionaires.
- Stakeholder Reporting
- Provide analytical support to:
- Commercial leasing teams
- Finance
- Airport operations
- Senior management
- Prepare presentations for leadership reviews.
- Forecasting & Planning
- Forecast commercial revenue based on passenger traffic trends.
- Support budgeting and annual commercial planning.
