Work Experience
Knowledge on 7 QC tools, RCA, CAPA, Why Why Analysis / Manufacturing process knowledge, Fabrication & welding inspection /ASNT Level II UT, MPT, DPT, RT.
Knowledge on ASME, ASTM, NDT standard / Co-ordination with TPI agency/ Supplier Management & evaluation.
Knowledge of Rolling Mill parts Chock, Pinion Stand, Covers, Liner, Assemblies, Hydraulic pressure testing, Bush Manufacturing, Guide parts inspection etc..
Fabrication Inspection and welding test knowledge.
Preferred Educational Qualifications : BE Mechanical / B Tech Mechanical / DME.
