The person shall be responsible for handling of Operations Functions of International Tours and Travels and shall be reporting directly to CEO.
Responsibilities
- Independent handling of operations of International Tours and Travels.
- Responding to RFQs from customers, interacting with service provider (Airline, B2B service providers, overseas hotels, cab operators, tour guide company for submitting offers to customer.
- Negotiate with service providers post-booking to enhance profitability.
- Coordinate bookings and liaise with customers for payments and collections..
- Co-ordinating with guests and service providers during tour to ensure customer delight.
Qualifications
MBA in Travel and Tourism from reputed Institute.
Experience
3-8 years in Travel and Tourism Industry

- Ability to handle responsibilities independently.
- Proficiency in itinerary preparation, international ticketing, tour package design, and visa processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that may arise during travel arrangements or tours.
