Responsibilities
We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager, Marketing who is equal parts a commercial marketer, brand builder and storyteller. Beyond developing compelling content and integrated marketing campaigns, you will play an important role in driving demand generation, supporting the sales pipeline and strengthening Singapore EXPO's position as the venue of choice for event organisers, concert promoters, corporate clients and visitors.
Working closely with the wider Commercial Team and external agencies, you will plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes while enhancing Singapore EXPO's brand presence across both B2B and B2C audiences.
Brand & Integrated Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen Singapore EXPO's brand positioning and support commercial objectives.
- Manage key marketing portfolios, including venue campaigns, concerts and live entertainment, sustainability initiatives and selected seasonal or thematic campaigns.
- Develop campaign messaging, creative briefs and marketing plans across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines and performance reporting.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Own and manage Singapore EXPO's content strategy and editorial calendar across website, social media and eDMs.
- Create compelling long- and short-form content including website copy, articles, case studies, brochures, factsheets, sales collateral, presentations and digital campaigns.
- Work with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Drive influencer, key opinion leaders, and content partnership initiatives.
- Support Singapore EXPO's sustainability portfolio, including messaging framework and award submissions
B2B Lead Generation & Commercial Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of B2B demand generation campaigns that contribute to sales pipeline growth across corporate events, exhibitions, meetings and venue hire.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to develop tactical campaigns and targeted industry initiatives to generate qualified leads.
- Support international trade shows, industry events and business development activities through creation of marketing collateral, campaign support and promotional content.
Digital Channels & Performance
- Support the optimisation of digital marketing channels including social media, website, SEO, SEM and email marketing.
- Monitor social media campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, lead generation and conversion.
- Support the tracking of key marketing KPIs including campaign ROI, website traffic, lead quality, database growth, engagement and marketing contribution to pipeline.
Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Identify and develop strategic marketing partnerships that enhance visitor experience, brand visibility and commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with tenants, organisers, sponsors and external partners on joint marketing initiatives to drive incremental footfall
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Commercial Partnerships and Operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage external agencies, vendors and production partners where required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Support other marketing and commercial initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing or commercial marketing.
- Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Exposure to B2B marketing, lead generation or demand generation campaigns would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.
- Experience working with CRM, CMS, marketing automation or analytics platforms is an advantage.
- A proactive, commercially minded individual who enjoys collaborating across teams and translating marketing into measurable business outcomes.
