Job Description

Statutory Approvals & NOCs:

  • Ensure timely acquisition of all statutory approvals and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) required for real estate project development
  • Liaise with local municipal bodies, urban development authorities, and state departments to secure permissions

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor and ensure full compliance with applicable building codes, development control regulations, and environmental norms
  • Maintain awareness of changing regulatory frameworks and ensure organizational compliance

Documentation & Filing:

  • Manage preparation, submission, and tracking of all documents required for approvals
  • Maintain proper records of all approvals, permissions, and correspondences with authorities

Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with legal, project, design, and execution teams to ensure alignment of regulatory requirements with project plans
  • Support project teams in resolving approval-related issues or delays

Project Facilitation:

  • Facilitate smooth project execution from land acquisition to handover by removing regulatory bottlenecks
  • Regularly update senior management on the status of approvals and highlight risks
