Cvent is an exciting, fast-growing tech company providing industry-leading software to event professionals around the world — from online event registration and venue selection to mobile apps, email marketing, and more.
We're looking for a people-first leader to manage, coach, and grow a team of Client Success professionals who support customers on Cvent's Event Management platform. In this role, you'll drive product adoption, value realization, expansion opportunities, and renewals while creating an outstanding experience for both customers and your team.
What you'll do
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Client Success professionals
- Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and feedback sessions focused on quality of customer engagements
- Provide strategic guidance on value-driven customer conversations and proactive outreach
- Manage day-to-day operations, including real-time management and resource allocation
- Own and resolve customer escalations, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and follow-ups based on feedback
- Track and act on key performance metrics to improve customer outcomes and team productivity
- Contribute to monthly/quarterly business reviews and identify improvement opportunities aligned with company goals
What we're looking for
- 12–16 years of overall experience, including 6+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing teams
- Strong background in B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles
- Proven people leadership skills with experience coaching, motivating, and developing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable presenting to leadership
- Experience working with SaaS products; event-tech / event industry experience is a plus
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics
- Familiarity with CRM and CS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight) is an advantage.
