Job Description

As an Assistant Manager / Manager– Global Pilot Pathways, your objective will be to drive enrolments into international pilot training programs by advising students and families on the right aviation career pathway.

You will own both the student advisory experience and the revenue outcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Student & Parent Counselling

Counsel aspiring pilots and their families on international pilot training options, eligibility, training structure, timelines, investment, and career pathways.

This is a high-ticket advisory sales role where communication quality and sales discipline both matter.

  • Revenue Ownership

Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly enrolment and revenue goals.

The role is designed for professionals who want income growth linked to performance.

  • Pipeline & Follow-Up Management

Maintain a structured sales pipeline, track student progress, and ensure timely follow-ups through calls, meetings, webinars, events, and counselling sessions.
