Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in a high-growth global startup, with strong communication and confident leadership skills.
- MBA from a Tier 2 college.

- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in pricing, procurement, or partnerships within the benefits/insurance domain.
- Strong negotiation skills to lead procurement discussions and enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.
- Knowledge of global employee benefits markets, pricing models, and procurement processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to handle escalations
- Experience in benefits administration, including Carta administration and reporting.
- Ability to oversee vendor reconciliation and payments of insurance invoices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR audit and work with Auditors and provide data inputs
- Work with cross functional stakeholders to complete audits in time
- Manage benefits partnerships with insurers, TPAs, and wellness providers
- Lead procurement discussions to enhance coverage, lower costs, and improve terms.
- Continuously analyze global benefits market trends and competitor offerings to provide intelligence for Insurance & benefits renewal
- Onboarding Employees on the benefits portal
- Lead the administration of ESOPs, including Carta administration and reporting.
- Oversee renewal management, ensuring smooth client transitions and favorable outcomes.
- Handle escalations on Insurance and benfits
- Support renewal negotiations and cost improvement initiatives with insurers and partners.
