1 Strong Leadership role able to Lead the Team of Engineers / Supervisors / Permnant & Contractual workers. Also need to be demanding with concern departments for achieving his Key Result Area & for delivering positive results in line with Organization Goal. 2 Assist in planning and execution of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance. 3 Measure Down time & Ensure Zero down time of machines and utilities. 4 Support daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders. 5 Maintain production machines, utilities and plant infrastructure upkeep. 6 Ensure proper functioning of DG sets, Compressors. 7 Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules. 8 Monitor PM compliance with Plan Vs Actualand ensure timely completion. 9 Analyze breakdown history and suggest improvements. 10 Supervise technicians, fitters and electricians & ensure to give them daily work order. Monitor Plan Vs Actual 11 Allocate work and ensure safe execution. 12 Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availibility of critical spares. 13 Raise indent for spares and services as required. 14 Monitor & Control maintenance cost. 15 Ensure adherence to safety procedures and statutory requirements. 16 Ensure calibration of welding machine, pressure gauges, crane, air vessels. 17 Maintain maintenance records, log book and cheklists. 18 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports. 19 Assist in Audits. Ensure compliance to the customer audits & findings. 20 Initiate the actions towards continual improvement projects / kaizen/ 5S / Lean/ Turtle Chart etc. S.N. KSAB Status Knowledge 1 Strong technical knowledge of plant equipments like Laser machine, Press brake, Cranes, Compressors. 2 Good knowledge of trobleshooting of laser machines, Press brake , Cranes, Compressor problems. 3 Good knowledge of ISO, 5 S system. 4 Basic computer skill. MS office, Windows. 5 Able to read electrical, Mechanical and hydraulic drawings. Skills & Ability 1 Good troubleshooting and analytical skill. 2 Good communication and reporting skill. 3 Team handling and coordination skill. Attitude 1 Should be punctual & result oriented 2 Honest towards profession role & responsibility. 3 Positive attitude. 4 Exemplary behavior
