Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between supply chain stages including production, storage, and distribution. Responsibilities include supervising teams, analyzing logistics challenges, planning and optimizing routes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Skills in logistics operations, supply chain management, and route optimization
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication, team leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software, data analysis tools, and ERP systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in logistics and transportation
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or management is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
