Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna for the role of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing logistics workflows, coordinating with supply chain partners, and ensuring efficiency in delivery processes. The individual will also be tasked with leading teams, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying process improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals will be key to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills in logistics, supply chain, or related areas
- Experience in team leadership, performance monitoring, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency with analytical tools, data interpretation, and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Patna and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Prior experience with technology-driven logistics platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred
