Assistant Manager Legal

Job Responsibilities:-

Drafting, review, and negotiation of agreements/Contracts and MOU's such as Term Sheets, MSA, PPA, NDA, Tolling Agreements etc.

Draft, review, negotiate and advise other teams (when necessary) on sales and marketing contracts, master service agreement, modules supply agreement and various contracts.

Coordinate legal action with external counsel under the supervision and guidance of supervisor including for handling various litigations and IP related matters.

Other Legal Assignments

- Oversee the legal division of the company and supervise the in-house counsel

- Coordinate significant contractual affairs, legal proceedings, and legal requirements

- Coordinate with external law firms.

Knowledge of Industrial laws as are applicable to the Solar business and the Agro-Chemicals business will be an added advantage.

Experience- Minimum 2-3 years

Qualification - LLB (LLM will be an added advantage)
