Job Purpose: The Executive - Litigation supports the organization's litigation and dispute resolution functions by assisting in legal proceedings, managing case documentation, and coordinating with external legal advisors. This role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, maintains legal records, and supports risk mitigation efforts.

Responsibilities

Executive - Litigation

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Assist in managing litigation processes and ensuring the organization's legal interests are safeguarded.

Coordinate with external advocates and solicitors to facilitate effective handling of legal disputes.

Support legal representation in court cases, arbitration, and conciliation proceedings.

Monitor ongoing litigation and provide case updates to senior management.

Assist in implementing strategies for dispute resolution, including conciliation and arbitration mechanisms.

Legal Operations & Compliance

Maintain systematic records of litigation-related documentation, case files, and legal correspondence.

Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Assist in drafting and reviewing legal notices, pleadings, and case summaries to support litigation processes.

Maintain an updated litigation database and track case progress to support risk management initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between internal departments and external legal consultants for litigation matters.

Support engagements with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and other external stakeholders.

Provide preliminary legal advisory to internal teams on dispute resolution strategies and potential risks.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.)

Work Experience (Range Of Years)

4-8 Years

Preferred Industry

Experience in litigation management within the real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal frameworks..
