Role Summary
Responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, including soft skills training, e-learning development, and program administration, to support organizational learning goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Facilitation: Create and deliver engaging soft skills programs for employees across levels.
- E-Learning: Develop interactive modules using tools like Articulate or Captivate; convert classroom content to digital formats. Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, graphics, quizzes) to enhance learner engagement.
- Learning Plans: Coordinate with business units to implement learning plans and maintain quarterly calendars.
- Program Management: Track compliance, manage LMS records, and prepare training reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors; gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- AI Training: Identify and develop AI-related learning programs for business needs.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification i.e. MBA in HR/OD or related field
- 3–5 years experience in L&D; with content creation and facilitation expertise.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office and LMS.
- Creative approach to designing learner-centric content.
Preferred
- Certification in training/facilitation or instructional design.
- Experience in compliance training management.
